Home Assistant is free, open-source software that runs your smart home from inside your house. It's powerful, and it takes time to set up well. That part is our job.

Why Home Assistant, and why a pro.

Plenty of people set it up themselves. If you'd rather not spend weekends on it, we do the setup, label everything, and hand you the admin login and backups.

New devices are extra, at what they cost plus 20% for ordering, returns and warranty claims. Our time is $200 an hour, and the home visit is free.

What does a Home Assistant installer do?
We put Home Assistant on a small box in your home, connect the smart devices you already own, add the few that are missing, and set up the routines, the app and backups. You own all of it.
Do I need to replace my smart devices?
Almost never. Home Assistant works with thousands of devices from most brands, so we connect what you have and only suggest something new when it makes the house work better.
Is there a monthly fee?
Nothing monthly is required. You pay for the setup once. Our support plans (from $59 a month) and Home Assistant's own cloud service are optional.
What if something breaks later?
For the first 90 days, anything our setup caused gets fixed free. After that, a remote fix is $100 for up to half an hour and a house call is $250 including the first hour, or join a support plan. Support prices
