Business Wi-Fi, cameras and doors, set up right.

We design and install UniFi networks for offices, shops and restaurants around Kansas City: fast Wi-Fi, separate networks for guests and staff, cameras that record on site, and doors that open for the right people. You own all of it.

No monthly camera fees You own it all One app for every location

Guests never see your registers.

Staff, guests, cameras and the registers each get their own network (VLANs, if you speak IT). A guest's phone reaches the internet and nothing else, and the smart TV in the lobby can't wander onto the network with your books.

  • Staff, guest, camera and register networks kept apart
  • Printers and TVs reachable only from where they belong
  • Wi-Fi planned room by room, so the back office isn't a dead zone

Wi-Fi with your name on it.

Customers sign in on a page with your logo and a line about your place. Hand out day passes, or keep a simple password at the counter.

  • A sign-in page with your logo and terms
  • Day-pass codes for events and waiting rooms
  • Speed limits so guests never slow down the registers

Cameras that record on site.

UniFi Protect cameras record to a box in your building, with no monthly fee per camera. Find a person or a car in seconds, and check every location from one app.

  • No cloud subscription to keep recording
  • Search for people and vehicles, not hours of footage
  • Alerts after hours, quiet while you're open
PERSON · 9:41 PM

Doors that open for the right people.

Staff tap a badge or their phone. The front door can unlock itself while you're open and lock at close, every entry is logged, and you can lock everything down from your phone.

  • Badges, phones or PIN codes
  • Schedules for the front door and the stockroom
  • A log of who came in, and when
Unlocked · 8:02 AM

Stays online, and stays up to date.

A second internet line takes over if the first one drops, so the card machines keep working. Our support plans keep the firmware current and watch the network for you, so problems get fixed before anyone calls.

  • Automatic switch to a second internet line
  • One dashboard for every location
  • Support plans with updates, backups and alerts

Lights that follow the room, not the clock.

A timer that dims with the sunset looks right on a clear evening and wrong on a cloudy one. We put a light sensor in the window, so the dining room comes up a little when a storm rolls in and settles as it gets dark outside, fading slowly enough that nobody notices.

Will Guidara tells this story in Unreasonable Hospitality: lights that moved with the sun on a schedule kept missing on overcast days, so the room went to ambient light sensors instead. We set up the same thing, sized for your place.

  • The clock picks the scene for lunch, dinner and late night; the light outside sets how bright
  • Slow fades guests won't notice, and a button at the host stand to take over
  • Dimmers fitted by a licensed electrician, run by a small controller in your building that keeps working when the internet doesn't

Three steps, then it's yours.

Step 1

A site walk

We walk the space with you, see what's there, and ask how the place runs day to day.

Step 2

A plan and a quote

A written plan for the network, cameras and doors, with every device listed and an all-in price.

Step 3

Install and hand-off

We install it, label it, and hand you the admin login and a map of what's where. You own all of it.

We keep it running. You keep working.

Per location, month to month. Every plan watches the network, updates it and backs it up; the bigger ones handle the day-to-day changes and get to you faster.

    Tell us about your space.

A few lines is plenty: what kind of business, roughly how big, and what's bugging you. We'll set up a free site walk.
